Mahotsav Committee

In the memory and honor of Pt.Nivruttibua, grandson Rajendra Sarnaik and the disciples of Pt.Nivruttibua decides to organize a music festival (Sangeet Mahotsav) Since 2010.

In the year 2010 - 2012 the festival is organized at Kolhapur. In 2013 it was held at Mumbai, In this year (2014) the festival held at Pune.

Many renowened artistes like Pt.Suresh Talwalkar, Pt.Ulhas Kashalkar, Pt.Dinkar Panshikar, Smt.Padma Talwalkar, Ustd.Usman Khan (Sitar), Shri.Vinod Digrajkar, Smt.Shruti Sadolikar-Katkar, Smt.Bharati Vaishampayan, Smt.Vijaya Jadhav-Gatlewar, Dr.Lata Godse, Dr.Ashwini Bhide-Deshpande, Shri.Shounak Abhisheki, Shri.Ram Deshpande were participated in the festival to pay tribute to Pt.Nivruttibua.

All these music festivals were highly appricited by renowned artistes as well as music lovers.
